Select “Search” from the dropdown Do you want to enable Bing search? No If the answer is “No”, then click on the chat box at the bottom of your screen Yes Type in a question and hit send

Find the Metamesh response Click “Show citations” If you are using “Bing” search: Click on any listed citation to be redirected to the page If you are using the other search methods: Click on any listed citation to see the information in a drawer on the right-hand side of your screen

Find the Metamesh response Click the regenerate icon next to the message The response will be regenerated

Click on the “Search” dropdown Choose an option “Search” “Search SharePoint/Teams” “Search your document”

Click on the “Show assistant” button A right-hand drawer will open, showing you things to remember when using Metamesh

Click the “Ask me” button Click on the “Search” dropdown

Navigate to your email inbox Click on the “Welcome to Metamesh” email Click on “Create password” Enter your password Click “Create password”

Locate the slider within the settings tab. You can find it next to the send message button Click on the settings icon Move the slider between “Precise” & “Creative” Close the settings pop-up using the 'X' Click the generate button to regenerate the response

Find the Metamesh response Click the dislike icon next to the message The response will be disliked

Find the Metamesh response Click the clipboard icon next to the regenerate icon The response will be copied

Locate the chat in the chat history panel Click on the chat Click the delete icon Click “Delete” The chat will be deleted

On the left-hand side panel, look for the chat in your chat history Click on the chat The chat will open

Locate the chat in the chat history panel Click on the chat Click the pencil icon Type in a name to rename your chat Click the tick icon The chat will be renamed

Choose “Search your document” from the dropdown Click the file icon next to the dropdown Click “Upload a file” Select a file in the window Click “Open” Click “Close” Click on the chat box at the bottom of your screen Type in a question and hit send Are you happy with the Metamesh response? Yes No If you are unhappy with the response, choose an option: Regenerate the response Change the response slider Dislike the response

Yes No If you are unhappy with the response, choose an option: Regenerate the response Change the response slider Dislike the response

Locate the “Bing” toggle Select this toggle to turn on “Bing” search Click the settings icon next to the dropdown to see recommended sites

Click on the chat box at the bottom of your screen Type in a question and hit send Are you happy with the Metamesh response? Yes No If you are unhappy with the response, choose an option: Regenerate the response Check the citations Change the response slider Dislike the response
